Aromatherapy

The use of oils is documented in some of the earliest Chinese writings, and numerous excavations of artifacts produced by the Greeks. Romans and Persians show that they all embraced the power of mysterious, and mood -enhancing plant essences.

However, to our modern days, gradually, we have come back to the beginning, and have the same appreciation of the potency of smell as when the ancient used their oils. The powers of many of the oils have been scientifically backed by research, while other oils only have attribution of many skilled practitioners.

Over 4000 years of using essential oil indicates that we, like the ancients, are just as susceptible to the seductive powers of smell. But, all that really matters is how you react to the oils.
